Are you sure you're dynamic libraries are in sync with the executable?
I've a vague memory from ages ago that this can turn up when the option
numbering gets adjusted, e.g. by the addition of KSH_TYPESET.  In that
case, you'll probably find some of your other later (alphabetically) option
settings are screwy.
