On the page

I have found a dead link
ftp://a.gp.cs.cmu.edu/usr2/jch/zsh/intro.texi.gz .
Could you kindly correct this mistake - delete this broken link or replace it
with a working one (the least would be a better choice, as this albeit old
document could be of some interest to many zsh users)?
