This is rather useless without more detail about what is failing and specifically how.
Zsh installed as part of the Babun Cygwin distro. Problem more likely to occur if running tmux.
I'm not familiar with Babun, so can't really help you with that. As far as I know 5.0.6 works just fine with the regular Cygwin distro. Have you been able to repro this using the regular Cygwin?
