Permissions are much the same as for the git code repository.
Clone git://zsh.git.sf.net/gitroot/zsh/web and look at the README file.
A separate rsync is used to put updated files on the web server.

What I'm less sure of is what versions of yodl/texi2html/etc are needed
for the best results.
