Zsh hashtable warning

Hi, all:

zsh-beta12, built with "./configure --verbose next" under NEXTSTEP 3.3  
(Patched) results in the following warning whenever zsh first runs:

Src/zsh: unhash: no such hash table element: p [17]

Configuring with "--enable-zsh-hash-debug=no" does not change this behavior.
