make resulted in:

cd . && autoheader
sh: autoheader: not found
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `stamp-h.in'

So much for being SunOS 4.1.3 compatible.  I saw nothing in the INSTALL file
that would indicate anything other than doing:

	configure
	make
