Compinstall - _oldlist configuration - setting completers

compinstall does not allow setting specific completers that should keep
old list. E.g. I had it set for _match but not for _complete. May be,
_oldlist was changed in such way that made it unneeded.

Is it important enough to be included in compinstall?
