PATCH: TCP bug on accept

This would have appeared five minutes earlier if I weren't having strange
and untraceable problems with cvs completion --- it's started randomly
deciding the functions defined in _cvs are autoloadable and then, not
surprisingly, failing to find the function definition files.  It may
simply be something's not installed properly.
