-pindex(NO_INTERACTIVE, use of)

I think it's correct to remove this one again (I introduced it by accident).

Subject: [PATCH] Add some missing option index entries

My Perl script failed to check the condition correctly. Thus, all
options without underscore had NO_OPTION, but not NOOPTION.
