build

Don't know if this matters, just did a pull and make:

helpfiles: attempting man ./zshbuiltins.1 >./help/man.tmp
helpfiles: attempting nroff -man ./zshbuiltins.1 >./help/man.tmp
helpfiles: man and nroff -man both failed for ./zshbuiltins.1

Thanks for 'whence -S'.

$ whence -maSv "/usr/bin/zsh" || whence -aSv "/usr/bin/zsh"
zsh-5.0.7-175-g7e74495

/usr/bin/zsh is /usr/bin/zsh -> /etc/alternatives/zsh-usrbin -> /usr/local/bin/zsh -> /usr/local/bin/zsh-5.0.7-175-g7e74495

... pretty damn good enough :-) I still think that '-M' should do that internally, but I'm not bitchin' about it no mo. The above may not be friendly, but it's explicit and robust.
