Back on June 6th I submitted a patch, workers/53799, that added an additional spelling

check for language code UTF8. Has this been reviewed? Actually this just mimicked

what was being done in Prompts/prompt_special_chars. As of zsh-5.9.0.2-test-92 it

hasn't been committed.

Note: I also submitted workers/53783 which ignored case spellings of UTF for both

adam2 and prompt_special_chars. This was probably overkill and most likely

unnecessary as further research indicated that workers/53799 covered the

"accepted" spellings.
