that was my thinking. it's a cute idea, and i appreciate the work that
went into it, but if nobody wants to use or maintain it...

that was one i looked at, and no, it doesn't take cli options at all

agree. maybe i'll look at that later. firefox still seems covered by
_mozilla but it could probably be modernised. and we could add pale moon
and whatever other forks

i considered this one but i wasn't sure. openmandriva is still a thing,
and mageia, but i couldn't figure out if they still have this. it's hard
to search for

urpmi is still used by mageia and maybe a few other (very) minor
distributions, but i'm not sure what state it's in

i looked at this one too, it's http://mondorescue.org/, last updated
2024 according to that. but i can't find it packaged anywhere either,
and most search-engine results are from a decade ago

out of those xmms2, zypper, and growisofs stand out, but not sure what
state they're in. it wouldn't bother me personally, anyway

agreed with all of these. openindiana still has the old solaris package
tools, though, so probably keep for now
i also wanted to ask about Completion/AIX/. i assume you're the most
knowledgeable about that. are they still relevant?
