And we're basically maintaining the YODL macros to do that.

I'm not a great fan of Python, but, like Thanos, it is inevitable.

Neither am I. Syntactically significant whitespace is just *wrong*. But at this point it has a richer library ecosystem than Perl and I think pip is easier to use than cpan.
