51723 and 51877 is all that's needed. No namespace dependencies in
those. There were later patches for things like capture groups and
callouts which are not needed. Not sure about 52721 which is a bug fix.

Those two are backported by at least Debian and Arch Linux. In general,
these are a good source of ideas for patches that could be relevant to a
5.9.1.
