I think that's a false dichotomy.  "Not reinvent the wheel" and "Prefer
fancy to minimal" are not synonymous; rather, they are orthogonal.  That
is: it's entirely possible to design fancy styling from scratch, as it
is to reuse someone else's minimal styling.

After all, our styling needs aren't unique.  If anything, I'm surprised
the answer isn't just "Pass the --foo option to texi2html(1)".

Appreciated!  Let's see what consensus emerges on what kind of style is
desirable.
